When the condensate water of waste heat power generation is sufficient, the excess condensate water will be driven into the debrine pipeline by the reformed pipeline and recovered to the 400 ton water station, which solves the problem of soft water discharge to the ground in the waste heat workshop and waste of soft water resources. At the same time, when the waste heat condensate water is not enough, the water supply from the 400 ton water station can be supplied to the waste heat power generation through the valve regulation.
